Overview

In the recruiter app, navigate to the Candidate List tab to view all candidates in Suited. From this page you can filter candidates down to a specific cohort and then export them from Suited.

Candidate list

Candidates are automatically sorted from highest to lowest Probability of Being a High-Performing Candidate.

All candidates that are associated with your company through an Invitation Link are called Invited Candidates. All candidates that have signed up to Suited directly are called Suited-Sourced and have the Suited icon on their tab.

By clicking any candidate, you will be shown the Candidate Detail Page and Resume

Filtering candidates

Filters are available on the left hand side. You can filter by:

• Applicant pool using “Filter by Cohort”
• Education, including degree, graduation date, school, major, and GPA
• Probability of Being a High-Performing Candidate (Suited Prediction)
• Demographics (if available on your account)
• Assessment completion date (This is a single filter for both assessments, the date is based on the last completion date)
• Filter by On-site/Remote work preference
• Filter by Location Preferences
• Candidate name or Email Address
• Candidate type (Invited or Suited-Sourced)
