Suited probabilities are already rigorously tested to ensure equal selection rates across demographics. However, to help you meet your diversity goals, you can also filter by demographics to conduct targeted recruiting. This functionality is only available if your Suited account manager has activated the feature for your company. For questions, please email [email protected].

Identify underrepresented candidates in your applicant pool

In order to achieve your diversity goals, we recommend conducting a broad search. Under the Demographics filter, you can filter by any underrepresented race, ethnicity, or gender. If you are only interested in finding candidates from your own pipeline, go into the Other Filters tab and filter by "Invited" to filter out Suited-sourced candidates.

Once you export candidates to Excel, you will be able to see a candidate's full demographic information.

Source new underrepresented candidates

The best way to source undiscovered, underrepresented talent is to use our "Suited-Sourced" filter in the Other Filters tab and filter by "Suited-Sourced." Be sure to filter by the appropriate race, ethnicity, or gender under the Demographics filter.
